These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by YEG Logistic Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By requesting a quote or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotes & bookings

• Quotes are based on the information you provide (inventory, access, floors, parking, distance, dates).
• If the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, the final price may change.
• Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing (including by email/WhatsApp) and any required deposit is received.

2. Customer responsibilities

• Ensure safe access to the pickup and delivery locations.
• Advise us in advance of any restrictions (stairs, lifts, narrow access, permits, congestion rules, etc.).
• Ensure items are suitably packed unless packing is included in the service.
• Arrange parking permits or permissions where needed, unless agreed otherwise.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling terms may depend on notice given and any costs already incurred. Where applicable, cancellation fees may apply. We will confirm these terms at the time of booking.

4. Liability

We take reasonable care in providing our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service unless otherwise agreed in writing, and subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

5. Delays & events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, accidents, strikes). We will communicate and work with you to minimise disruption.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
